Not everything comes in the size or profile your job needs, and that’s where we come in. Send us a profile drawing, an existing sample, or just tell us what you’re after, and we’ll machine timber to match, ready to use when it reaches you.
We run spindle moulders, planers, thicknessers, cross-cut saws and buzzers, and we can plate timber up, gluing boards together into wider or thicker stock. From a single board to a larger run, dressing, profiling, ripping or moulding, we can handle most of what a job calls for.
And if it’s something a bit out of the ordinary, just ask. Chances are we can sort it, or point you in the right direction.

Dressed all round to your dimensions. Pine, Meranti and hardwoods.
Moulding & Profiling
Custom moulding profiles, matching an existing profile, plus standard architrave and skirting.
Tongue & Groove
T&G profiles for lining, cladding and flooring.
Rebating
Rebated sections for door frames, window reveals and joinery.
Ripping
Ripping to width for custom sizing, single boards or larger runs.

Surface planing rough-sawn timber to a smooth, consistent finish.

Species We Machine
We machine a good range of timbers, with Meranti our mainstay. It’s what most of our moulding and door-jamb work is made from, and it finishes well whether it’s painted or varnished.
We also take on joinery and dressing work across a range of Australian and imported softwoods and hardwoods, including Pine, Baltic Pine, FJ Pine Primed, Tasmanian Oak, Jarrah, Merbau, Spotted Gum, Kapur and so much more.
If you’re after something we haven’t listed, just ask. We machine plenty of other species by request.
