Composite Decking

140 x 22mm x 5.4m long board size

Mexy Tech Suprotect decking has a real timber feel and a natural texture effect. Burr free surface better than traditional composites. Engineered with core holes through the deck to provide exceptional stability of the boards. This prevents warping, twisting and cupping, also saving on weight.

Composite Wall Cladding

222 x 25mm x 2.9m long stock boards

Engineered to perform, Mexy Tech provides a buffer bevel edge design, unlike the regular straight model to prevent panels from warping and breakage caused by thermal expansion. Tried and tested to withstand the intense Australian sun. The system provides a low maintenance easy to clean cladding, giving you zero stress once fitted. Making it a exceptional alternative for longevity.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, composite material offers excellent long-term value with minimal maintenance. It is a smart, cost-effective choice compared to traditional timber decking. The manufacturing process for composite products is now a more cost-effective option than some Australian hardwood species. You will also save significantly on maintenance. No oiling, sanding, or painting over the life of the deck.

Mexy Tech engineered composite products are made from a combination of recycled wood fibre, recycled plastic, UV blockers, and bonding agents. The plastic is a repurposed Surlyn polymer — the same plastic used for golf balls.

Absolutely. The products are designed to withstand the powerful rays of the Australian sun. The co-extrusion Suprotect layer provides an additional barrier against UV degradation, retaining the intended colour while remaining low maintenance unlike traditional timber.

Yes. The Mexy Tech range is made from 95% recycled products and is 100% recyclable. The composition is 65% recycled wood fibre, 30% recycled plastic, and 5% UV blockers and additives.

All Mexy Tech engineered composite materials come with a 10-year manufacturer warranty as standard. Testimonials from commercial and private jobs have proven the Mexy Tech range can triple its manufacturer coverage period.

Yes. The surface is splinter-free, contains no toxins, and is completely formaldehyde-free, making it safer than many competing composite options for families and pets.

No. It does not require regular maintenance like oiling, staining, or sanding. We do recommend giving it a regular sweep and wash with mild soap or a pressure washer to keep it looking its best.
