We mainly work with the trade, resellers and manufacturers, and the mix shifts by product. For artificial grass it's installers, the trade and wholesalers; for Meranti we wholesale to hardware stores, manufacturers and the trade; for composite decking and cladding it's wholesalers, the trade and installers. As a timber merchant first, we can usually facilitate what a customer needs across the board.

No fixed minimum. Most of what we do is trade job lots and wholesale to stores and installers, and as a merchant we can facilitate what the trade needs, whatever the size of the job.

We don't publish trade pricing. We price the whole job as a job lot, which usually gives better savings across the list, and we can give trade and builders access to products they can't buy direct, such as Hume doors among others. Send us your list and we'll quote it.

Yes, across Adelaide and regional South Australia. We run crane trucks as well as forklift offload, so material can be placed where it needs to go on site. Delivery is either built into the job-lot price or charged separately, depending on the order.

No showroom. We pick your order and have it ready for delivery or collection. That's deliberate: not carrying a showroom floor or staff to serve walk-ins is part of how we keep our pricing sharp. Send your order or job list ahead and we'll have it ready.

Our warehouse is usually staffed Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, but we're here to service our customers, so we can arrange collection or delivery to suit, including outside those hours. The times are a guide to when we're on site, so it's best to arrange your pickup ahead in case we're out on a delivery.

For trade jobs we generally work on prepayment or payment on collection, the way the trade often operates. Accounts are available for some customers.

Our own composite decking and cladding brand is MexyTech, which we wholesale. As a timber merchant we can also supply other brands, including Modwood, Everdeck, EVA-Last, NewTechWood and Trex. Timber: Meranti, furniture pine, treated pine, structural pine (MGP10), LVL, finger-jointed pine, hardwoods such as Merbau, Kapur and Spotted Gum, plus mouldings. Sheet products: plywood (structural, non-structural, marine and hoop), MDF, particle board and OSB. Outdoor: MexyTech composite decking and cladding, other composite brands by request, and artificial grass. Doors: Hume and Corinthian.
